Someone answer me this: WHO THE HELL IS CHECKING A PERSON TO CONFIRM THEY ARE IN THE RIGHT REST ROOM

I don't know much about the rest of you but let me tell you about how I use a public bathroom.

I get in there as quickly as possible, do my business, wash my hands and leave. That's it.

I really don't have time to peak over the bathroom stall walls to see if someone in the ladies room with me is packing something extra down there in their pants. I don't even want to know who is in there although sometimes I do worry about the vicious smells and weird sounds that come out of a neighboring stall. Even then I still don't care who is in there.

Why does the GOP say they are the party of 'less government' and yet what to impose crazy laws like this on everyone?

For heaven's sake, women's restrooms have stalls with doors and women use them. There wouldn't be much to see in the women's rooms I've been in. Why would lustful men willing to lie about their sexuality hang out in the women's room in the first place? Is that what the legislators would do?

All I know is if I'm ever in NC, I'm bringing a 15" black dildo and a packing harness. If they're gonna have bathroom spies to catch transgendered people, I'm going to give them something to talk the fuck about with their god-squad friends and SOs.

"How was your day at work, hon?"

"Disturbing. I saw a 6'4" 300lbs. half-Native American Muslim dude (because all beige, Semitic-looking people are "Muslims" as you well know) dressed in fairy-wings and a wrap-skirt with a 15" n****r cock."

"Oh my."

"Yeah, he caught me looking, pointed at it proudly, declared "dick transplant" and asked me if I wanted to take a tug."

"Jesus, hon...I'm sorry. Maybe we need to pray over this."

If the state of NC is going to empower assholes to violate my privacy in the bathroom and sexually-harass me, I'm going to make it as uncomfortable for them as I possibly can.

This is the totally illogical thinking of these idiots. If the person in that photo walked into the woman's restroom to use it I'd wonder if the guy was lost trying to find the men's room not 'I wonder if this guy was born a girl' (which btw he was).

I've met transgender people who I had no fricking clue they were transgender until they said something like 'oh btw I'm transgender'. So how will the average bigoted asshole know if someone is transgender unless they take a peak at the privates.

This whole thing is stupid and I'm glad people are putting the hurt on North Carolina to force the change. Jim Crow didn't work the first time around, let's not bring it back for an encore!

The rest of us need to suffer under ridiculous laws concerning our persons -- and especially our private parts -- and who we may or may not fall in love with.

Personally, I don't want the job of checking groins at the restroom door. Maybe they can hire more TSA people, with those full-body scanners. Can't cost more than several billion dollars and lots of mental trauma, after all.

but there's a person in one of the choirs I sometimes sing with who's begun transitioning from male to female and has an obvious five o' clock shadow. I never give it a second thought when I see her in the ladies' room, but I'd be amazed if she doesn't get unfriendly looks (at a minimum) at other times.

cases for public accommodations and employment discrimination cases can no longer be heard in state courts. The party discriminated against must go to federal court (NC).
