He's also 100% focused on his job in the Senate - even the fugging Florida ABC journalist was laughing at that

Guess over 80 cases in Florida is big news.
Funny how ReTHUGs panicked over Ebola and yet Zika is a greater threat.

I'm happy if Rubio is recognizing how important a government effort is in dealing with ZIKA.

That is a move in the right direction for a Republican.
