Hot mic on Morning Joe: Coerced sex="plea bargain"?

Did anyone else just catch this? Mika was giving a serious report on an Arkansas judge who was fired because he had solicited sex from defendants in exchange for having the charges dismissed. In the midst of her report, a snarky male voice (I think it was Mike Barnacle, but can't be certain because he was off-camera) said "It's called a plea bargain!" Mika ignored it and just went on with the story.

How disgusting that someone on that show thought a judge sexually exploiting defendants in return for shorter sentences was something to joke about.

but I don't think he realized his remark was audible to anyone but his colleagues at the table.
