(38,019 posts)Granted, we see many photos of people wearing them but do we know if those hats were purchased by individual supporters? Perhaps the bulk of those hats were given away by the campaign. You know, like the way right-wing authors get to claim high sales due to bulk purchases by right-wing organizations.

(38,019 posts)The man is greedy above all. Then again, as proposed below, perhaps the campaign buys them from a company owned by cheeto-jesus? I swear I read somewhere else that numerous campaign expenditures are paid out to his properties.
I'm not denying the fact that those damned hats are ubiquitous. I just question whether or not they are generating measurable revenue for his presidential campaign.
