Just a little bit of historical precedent should anybody question having two women running on a presidential ticket.

(34,195 posts)I have no problem with a Clinton-Warren ticket.
But I'm not sure Hillary would be comfortable with it.
I do think it would be the best way to go.

(14,040 posts)Is this based on the article that claims she wouldn't pick Warren cause Warren would upstage her?
I think Clinton cares about becoming President and if Warren helps her achieve that goal, I don't think she'd have a problem with that.
left-of-center2012
(34,195 posts)No. It's more on comments I've heard in the news that Clinton is leaning toward Sen Tim Kaine of Virginia.
I do hope Clinton-Warren are the ticket. I think it would unite the party and attract a lot of voters to the polls.

I really hope Warren gets the nod. Seeing them together today was thrilling.

(9,359 posts)Do not view a Hillary presidency as historical. Most believe that it would happen at some point in their lifetime and believe that with the election of Obama that all ceilings were broken.

(21,988 posts)...Republicans' heads will explode. To have a woman follow the black guy would be too much for their small, bigoted and misogynistic minds. "How could this happen?" we'll hear them wail as we smile and look towards a better future.
