Legal type question - DNC emails, Are there damages?

Aside from injunctions to stop an act (and of course criminal charges) lawsuits have to show damages as I understand it. Lawsuits can be filed but without damamges they tend to be thrown out of court.

Is there any evidence of actual damages resulting from the DNC emails?

I'm leaving this as blank a question as possible to elicit responses from any DU'ers more familiar with the law than I am.

I have found none! This huge scandal is curiously hollow.

Especially when there is evidence that that "scandal" was manufactured by a foreign country to influence the election going forward.

But that's just me. I posted this as a legal question which, aside from injunctions, is necessarily in hindsight.
