Below find the definition of Treason. It is clear that Trump has violated this article.

"Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open Court.

He has made it clear that he will allow certain NATO countries to be exposed to Russian aggression if he is elected President. His price for this consideration, Russian espionage of his Presidential opponent to elicit information to help him win the Presidency.

Because that's what you want to see. But the fact is, Russia is not at this time considered an enemy.

And they're not considered an enemy, so why would Russia be considered an enemy?

BTW, hacking a political party isn't the same as hacking the government.

We are not at war with Russia although it is clear many posters would like to see us in one. A war in which they would not fight.
