in the background, while the talking heads will talk over it.

Kerry speech: show visual while giving an highly inaccurate 'summary' of what he said.

In general this is how it works w these 'reporters' when they do 'interviews':

Hard-nosed steely-eyed skepticism of anything Democrat says.

Wide-eyed wonder and delight at any lie a Republican says.
