Face it. We all know the threat to our freedoms
The words "President Trump" stick in my throat. The fact that this dangerous man could become president is beyond frightening. It's totally insane.
Our useless media is examining every undotted "i" and uncrossed "t" in Hillary Clinton's past. Yet, they are ignoring the tawdry, and in many cases, the many "seemingly" criminal acts of Donald Trump.
Most of us can foresee the horrors that would befall us under a "Trump" presidency. We know that he will appoint "obedient people" to head up the Dept. of Justice, the FBI, the CIA, Homeland Security, etc.
Most of us can foresee the horrors that can befall us when we are stopped in the street by someone in uniform saying, "Papers please."
Most of us can forsee the horrors of rounding up those suspected of being "illegal immigrants," and deporting them, or perhaps even holding them in camps.
Most of us can foresee ... Oh, hell. Why am I wasting my time preaching to the choir.
We all know the horrors this man can inflict on America. And perhaps the rest of the world given that he would have control of the nuclear codes.
So if this creature ends up in the White House, and you pick yourself up and move to "someplace safer," think about this. There won't be "someplace safer."
Some may think this post is extreme. Think about that when just a bit of this, or some of this, or all of this comes about.
Then again, maybe I just need a Valium to calm down. Especially after reading the latest (questionable) polls.
