that the Feds like to take thier time and build a bulletproof case first?

Here is a perfect example. They exploited these fools love of attention and publicity and got them to freely admit on camera to criminal acts.

Set up a fake production company complete with legit looking website and equipment, tell them you are doing a story that will "tell thier side" and let these idiots confess to you freely.

Brilliant!
