2. If all of the states would do mail in ballots, this wouldn't be a problem

Of course that would make it too easy to vote and that doesn't help the rethugs. But I'm on a permanent mail in ballot. My ballot comes in the mail, I take my time reading my blue booklet, voting and just have to have it turned in/mailed in by election day.

4. Random dumbasses will show up and be shooed away from polls by little old ladies

This is like the "Truckers blockade of Washington".

States have various rules on election observers, and if you cross those rules, you are not going to be observing for very long.

Anyone else causing a commotion at a polling place will be dealt with in the normal manner.

There is no ground operation. There is no "organized effort" to get them out. It's just part of his conspiracy mongering, and to get new suckers on his mailing list.

At bottom, this country's electoral system is run by well mannered older ladies - the fabled "little old ladies in tennis shoes" - who are not putting up with shenanigans in their polling place.

Not in tennis shoes, tho....low heeled dress shoes. Comfortable.

And any interference is going to be met with the same steel and stamina Hillary showed Sunday.

8. I am busy training poll watchers and working on project for the Victory Counsel program

I would prefer to let election workers handle this and I encourage good democrats to volunteer to serve as election workers. I will be in the county war room and will be supervising a good number of poll watchers. The trump version of poll watchers are scary

9. I am a poll worker by virtue of being a Selectman

in my little town here in NH. By law, the Selectboard is required to be present at the polls throughout the election and we certify that the ballots have been secured at the end of the day. We have a protocol for dealing with so called "poll watchers". I believe that they must be residents of the town. They must report in to the Town Moderator who runs the election. They are required to stay in a certain area and they may not interact in any way with voters. We've had poll watchers in past elections and have had no problems with them. I think we'll be ready for them on November 8th. Oh, and just in case, we always have police present at elections.
