Why are there no ads on TV for Prop 64 - Pot legalization in CA?????

Ads for the other major propositions are on the TV 24/7. I have yet to see one ad for prop 64, pro or negative. Why?

1. Because a lot of the big money in the quasi-legal marijuana industry is actually opposed

to full legal status and so are unlikely to run ads in favor while the truly opposed forces realize spending money against it is a waste of cash.

3. Here in Az there will an ad in opposition to prop 205,

claiming that NO money will ever be used for education, followed by an ad
supporting 205 explaining that 80% (at least 55 million $) will go directly to
education. ARGH! The anti ads feature people from Colorado claiming that zero
went to education there. A quick internet search proved that to be a big lie.
I wish there a law that prevented people or groups from openly lying in the
media.

4. There are ads, quite a lot of them

Mostly they stress that the law will prohibit advertising marijuana brownies to children. None of them mention that counties will be allowed to opt out.

5. here in Nevada there has been some advertising both for and against legalization

with about equal money being spent by either side

6. They show them on San Diego tv.

But they don't show them that often.

Not a lot of them but a few.
