RW shtick that is actually kinda progressive

Got this as a sig line from a seriously RW nut job. Strangely, he'd probably be surprised how much a progressive might agree with him. I'm sure it'd drive 'em nuts.

When trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion -
When money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors -
When people get rich by graft and by pull, rather than by work, and the laws don't protect you from them, but them from you -
When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self sacrifice -
You know that your society is doomed.

I'll admit I removed one objectionable line, and I kinda cleaned up the grammar and gender bias, but really the sentiment could fit nicely into OWS.

5. Thats why the first thing on our agenda should be Publicly-funded elections.

When they lose the election next week, they can blame the people who fund (and therefore corrupt) the Democratic Party.
When they lose the one AFTER THAT, it will be because everyone started on a level playing field, because their arguments and policy positions are worthless, and because the Base that supports them couldn't contribute enough small-dollar amounts to EVER get them elected to a Congressional Majority.

They need not just to lose an election, but lose it so badly that they begin to understand WHY. As long as there is anyone to blame but themselves, that can never happen.
