Trump is trying to get canned

He's like a teenager testing his limits to see if an "adult' will stop his reckless behavior. He has never had limits in his life. He knows he can get away with murder and he's seeing how far he can push. He'll get us into a war before any limits pop up.

He doesn't have the self-discipline to do the job. Instead of staying in Washington, or even New York, and spending his time preparing for office, he is running around the country having pointless rallies. I really wonder if he will stay the course. I can't see him holding office for four years. Maybe he will quit or flame out earlier. Who knows? We have never had a president like him in my lifetime.

obvious during the election. When, after the primary, he didn't switch to "learning everything he could mode" that should have told everyone he wouldn't switch when he actually knew he would be president.

Biggest surprise to be is that he has picked all these crazy people to help him run the country - the loyalists. I didn't expect that - thought he really would pick the best and brightest.

...he is at least trying to test the limits of what he can actually get away with.

It's still a "deal," a reality show, a grabbing of the you-know-what to him.

He's going to go the distance on pushing the limits and our best hope is that America doesn't become "collateral damage" in his little ego games.

turned upside down. All the traditions of the way a president acts. The way we operate = gone. With the one horrible exception of Bush and Cheney starting a war based on lies, at least we didn't feel like the entire country was falling apart.

We had all of the "I'm the decider" and "spinning the propaganda" nonsense, and yes, Cheney added another reprehensible layer to that, but he was just the silver spoon son of Poppy Bush doin' his presidentin' thing. The biggest shock in all of this is comparing Bush to Trump and seeing how low Trump has moved the bar.

least they have some iota of sense, of decency, of sanity." We can feel better that they aren't crazy enough to say "Yes Donald, nuke em."

Surprised to see Huntsman on SOS list. Yikes, that would show some sense of moderation. But, can't imagine him dealing with the crazy general

What he didn't count on was having followers who are crazier than he is. I'm still betting they filmed the whole experience and were intending to run it as a reality show.

Look at this site alone. So many are more focused on refighting the primary than what Trump is doing. The GOP sure as hell isn't going to do anything.

much you forget.

I am thinking he must have 100% promised jobs to some of these schmucks who stood by him. And, I wonder, as I read about poor Don Seigelman - sitting in jail for years for giving a job to someone (a job he didn't even want) for a campaign donation. (still claims innocence) How different is that than what Trump is doing now paying back those who supported him.

when he was trying to win. I think the problem is that he's actually insane and we're trying to approach him as a rational agent.

He's mentally unbalanced and dangerous; we MUST understand this.
