a new SG was just appointed in October and the term is five years. Everyone thought that she would be elected President of the US. People are simply flabbergasted that some US citizens are apparently MUCH too stupid to have the right to vote.

But had she been available, she would have had a LOT of international support and she wouldn't have had to put up with any of the vitriol and lies that she has been fending off for 30+ years - nor the disrespect she still gets from some who post here and manage to display their total ignorance every time they post.
