they ALL conveniently forget that BUSH signed that binding Iraq troop withdrawal agreement that President Obama implemented.

From a little Googling, there's criticism that Obama could have tried to renegotiate a new security agreement that left residual ground troops but they always skip over the Bush agreement where it all stemmed from.

I'm glad we got out. I also won't be surprised if a National Draft ala Vietnam War Era comes down the pike again.
