What we've got on our hands is a President-elect who was born on third base with a golden spoon in his mouth, has all kinds of un-Presidential issues, and the reason these issues aren't a problem for him is he has the force of will of a spoiled child. He's never been told no, he knows all the buttons to push to overwhelm and humiliate anyone who might deny him what he wants, and he's got enough people enabling him that there's nobody who can step in and correct him with any authority. He doesn't respect any other authority. That is how spoiled children wield so much power.
In Trump's case the only way in seems to be to flatter and pander to him and make him think the "right" path was his idea.
