Seriously. They have no legal obligation to us. If they have something, especially if they already shared it with our intel, then they can spill whatever they want...

If a foreign intel agency has photos/tapes/audio/evidence, all they need to do is send it to the media. Or just put it online for all to see.

That's what happened with 3-pages of Trump's tax returns and we still don't know who sent that to the NYT.

To disrupt our democracy.

These things have been around for years. They aren't of any value if Trump is just a reality TV star or a failed presidential candidate.

If he's president, that's very disruptive.
