Maxine Waters was on Chris Matthews and she said that if we find that the Russians indeed, helped Trump, indeed, manipulated the elections including the hacking to the DNC and the Clinton campaign, that Trump should be impeached.

Personally, I'm not sure the hack of DNC is that bad. What was bad is the DNC having stuff like that unsecured. But, otherwise, she nailed it.
