It generally IS a man's fault. Look around and behold the rancid mesh of patriarchal hierarchies conspiring to trash this planet at the expense of women, the dark-skinned and the poor.

A billion people are now of no use to the system they've contrived. And that number is rising. So what's next? War again, apparently...
