I've got a right-winged friend I still call a friend. We enjoy a lively back-and-forth and lately, he's enjoyed "rubbing your nose in it." His words... not mine. But I got him good the other day:
me: So have you been pro-Russia your whole adult life? (he's 60)
him: Hell no.
me: Did you switch to pro-Russia after the Ukraine intervention and Crimea annexation thing?
him: Hell no.
me: Was is sometime in September or October this year that you switched to pro-Russia?
him: That sounds about right.
me: It's not like Russia did ANYTHING to deserve it. How is that not being brainwashed by propaganda?
