(13,182 posts)On a side note, when the latest Augustus Busch sold A.B. to INBEV, his younger brother Billy took his cut, worked up a recipe and is producing a solid lager called Kraftig.
It complies with the Bavarian Purity laws (reinheitsgebot) so the beer is made from only barley, hops, water and yeast.
Not sure how far from St Louis it's distributed, but it is a good American Style Lager with more flavor than a Bud or Miller, but not as scary/hops forward tasting as most craft brews.
His goal was to keep the Busch family tradition of beer making alive, and I wish him luck

That doesn't mean we ought to relax. Every anti-Trump political protest is important.
Trump and Pence need to see that millions and millions of very angry people do not support them, and congressional representatives need to be fearful of loosing their biggest campaign donors and eventually their jobs.
