There is another thread on DU about the same subject. I pointed out that he read the teleprompters all the time.
He is lazy and ignorant, but he can read.

(17 posts)and at my best I can read 800 words per minute.
I was much better when I was in my 20s and 30s, but that's when I had to read faster to keep up with my studies and do large amounts of reading for my job. Now, at 66, 3/4s of my reading is for pleasure and I can't imagine spending days to read a book.
I've never used a Kindle. Only "Yucky Books" as my daughter used to describe them.
