Iddums has discovered that issuing Executive Orders is not how government is done in the USA. Some nasty, bad federal judges are being disobedient and telling him he can't do what he wants. When he wants to fire them for their impudence, he discovers that he can't do that, either. Nobody told him that the Judicial branch is equal to the Executive branch, and so is the Legislative branch.
Iddums thought he was the all-powerful OZ and could rule by fiat and edict. It turns out that high school class in civics he slept through in boarding school had some information for him, but he didn't know it. Now, people are telling him new things, and iddums doesn't like new things, really. Maybe iddums will fall to the floor and wave his tiny hands and kick his feets.
All to no avail, Donald. It won't work. See, iddums is subject to the rulings of the Judiciary branch, and the judges in it take their job really, really seriously. If iddums does wrong things, they'll tell you that you must stop doing those things. They'll tell those cabinet members and your appointed department heads that they can't do what you tell them to do.
Now, the Judiciary can't arrest you and send you to the corner to be punished, but they can do that to all of those people you appointed. Yes, they can. How does iddums feel about that, now? Does it enrage iddums? Does it frustrate iddums? Too bad. Try to pay attention to what people are telling you. I know it's hard, but you can do it, if you try.
