But his base is smaller than 38%. It is probably more like 30% or maybe 28%. I think, based on reading a lot of post-election reports, a number of people simply voted for him by holding their nose and/or simply not liking Hillary or the establishment. Now they are asking themselves WTF??

There are some low 20s for specific personality traits.
So basically he's confirming people's fears, which some then put aside to give him a chance.

5. From today's Hartmann program:

1. Those going to the Melbourne "rally" as protesters need to be aware that your cell phones will likely be compromised when you get near the rally.
2. If at the rally as a protester, you will likely be photographed and you'll be on a face recognition database.
3. There will likely be agent provocateurs mixed in with protesters. This setting sits in Steve Bannon's wheelhouse. He WANTS clashes, WANTS violence (I'm embellishing on this one. Hartmann hinted at this kind of scenario.)
4. Bannon designed yesterday's press conference as a pretext to energize Trumpy's fascist base. Bannon wants clashes in the streets, wants Trumpy supporters to engage in confrontations with anti-Trumpy protesters. According to Hartmann, Bannon got everything he wanted from the presser.
