Hensarling TX-05 chairman of the Finance Committee accuses Dems of pushing 'tyranny'
in fight over the CFPB. Hensarling claims "It is the single-most unaccountable and powerful agency in the history of our republic, running afoul of every tenet of separation of powers and checks and balances."

This is my lovely representative. A total sock puppet of Wall St. He ran afoul of the ethics committee (but managed to skate free) when he voted to relax regulations on payday lenders just a few days before receiving substantial loans from them. Hensarling is one of the more corrupt Republicans.
