If he were to vote against it's only to delay it so they can propose something even worse. Besides that I thought we already had 4 republican senators who don't want medicaid Expansion rolled back. They are likely at this point to vote against it. If we have to rely on Rand Paul to get us over the hump we might as well pack it up and go home.
