80% provision of Obamacare. What does Ryancare say?

One of the best elements of Obamacare was the provision that health insurance companies were required to spend 80% of their fund providing health care. It stopped gouging and did a lot to curtail the rise of costs.

The insurance companies hated this part of Obamacare as it limited the ripping off of their customers since Insurance is not a purely market based product.

I suspect the GOP has gotten rid of this so Insurance companies can go back to spending more money on executive bonuses and advertising than providing actual care to their customers.

Points out that this plan will eventually result in millions LOSING or PAYING MORE for their healthcare and in no way is an improvement over the ACA.

Republicans argument against ACA was it was bad because it wasn't providing cheap and good healthcare.

I don't see how they spin this plan as as good as the ACA, even w/the ACA's flaws.

This is a plan to toss milllions off health care to pay for their tax breaks.

This plan will kill people, and this plan will put everyone's health care at risk, no matter how your health insurance is provided.

It will collapse the entire US Health Care System. The only good thing about that is that Single Payer will be the only thing that can save us at that point.

Did the Reps analyze O Care and attack it on the facts? Hell no, they talked about Death Panels, they talked about millions losing coverage and tripling of prices. Hit them the same.

This law will cause the every man woman and child in the US to lose all health care coverage, not a single person will be left with coverage and you'll all go broke paying for your family's health care 100% out of pocket.

The only way they can pass this via reconciliation is by keeping a number of elements of the ACA that affect the budget. That's why kids under 26, pre-existing conditions (sort of) and the essential benefits thing are being kept. For now.
