(Okay one region-- northern New England)

NH and VT both have GOP governors elected in 2016. They both elect governors every 2 years.

Maine's whackjob is termed out. The technicality that got him elected was eliminated at the ballot box last year.

Let's hope our party has a strong candidate this time. Libby Mitchell and Mike Michaud really fumbled the ball in 2010 & 2014. I'd love to see Senate Minority Leader Troy Jackson run. He's a progressive Bernie supporter from more rural and conservative northern Maine. He's a logger and a strong supporter of worker's rights. He'd be a great fit for our state.

I hope Perriello wins the VA primary. I have a lot of respect for him for standing behind the ACA and Obama in 2010 when a lot of other Dem candidates were trying to distance themselves. Northam also voted for Bush twice so I'm lukewarm on him.
