Clearly Nunes is off the reservation and trying to screw up his own committee, which is no small thing.
Clearly there's actionable evidence on Manafort and Sessions. What gives?
Clearly, we have a president who is doing appointments and legislation that should be delayed.

(130,904 posts)the 'intel community' includes serious and professional people who understand the need for thoroughness and secrecy. They don't go around 'disclosing' anything and everything, fortunately, and imo it is they and the military pros who will save us all.

(23,953 posts)the IC is run by professionals who have their own aptitudes, careers and political interests to consider along with their service oaths. how they carry out their duties is far outside my areas of expertise, but i would hazard a guess that whatever disclosures they might be inclined to make now are made far more difficult by the power play we experienced back in November. legit or not, their organizations are now headed by Trumpists and that is going to affect how this plays out. bigly.
