YOU made this "healthcare" bill understood.
YOU gave the people they wanted and needed to vote for it a big helping of We're Here and We're Watching
YOU kept the media engaged on the bill and its really bad parts.
YOU caused your reps to vote (be counted, anyway) your way.
YOU let them know you're not rolling over.
YOU let them see you, hear you, and know for certain that YOU were engaged.
Today's victory - and that's what it was - is YOURS. Maybe more than it belongs to anyone else. This one is YOURS!
This was just one part of it:

(25,126 posts)Thank God for Indivisibles!!!!
Before Indivisibles there wasn't any real activism where I live: San Antonio.
There is activism, but it's scattered and finding out about activities isn't easy and if there is an activity you don't know whether it is worth the effort etc.
However, this is great. I'm in a group. We've always got activities. From there it has spring boarded with collaborations with other groups such as Move On and Battleground Texas.
