Right now its 3:45 am. I am still awake. No idea why. But I am awake, and wishing it was payday because I really need something to help me sleep at night. Of course I use if for a number of other problems, that I really don't want to list, but... The one thing I do know is that it makes me so very sleepy, and that would help about now.

Sleeping pills do not help me. They might knock me out but I feel like crap when I wake up and I don't really get a good night's sleep.

Nyquil is fine but its for when I have a cold, and I don't. I just can't sleep. I haven't had any tea or coffee. I am just wired like you wouldn't believe. Haven't eaten anything for hours. I am not even hungry.

I tried warming milk in the microwave. Not hot, just warm. They say that works, but I really doesn't help me, as I am lactose intolerant and if I want to be itching all night, I won't sleep. Its more than likely I will stay up all night and fall asleep out of exhaustion from being up too many hours.

So, here is my survey... If you don't feel marijuna is for you, that's fine, but I know a lot of people will admit to having used it, at least one time in their life. Some will say they wish they could legally access it! Don't worry, your time will come soon enough!

2. Wake up every night and can't get back to sleep.

Two puffs of a good Indica and it's back to sleep. Wake up clear headed. Works for me.

4. I envy that right now...

I was given some samples, well...not given, they were sample tins for 12 dollars. That is all gone now. I would only smoke before bed.. but right now I am back to old habits. I can't sleep. I have pain in my legs, Don't want to take any thing strong, cause I will sleep like crap. So I will try my best to stay awake until my body says.. go to bed!

5. some might suggest picking something with a higher CBD content, for sleep, I think.

like, THC tends to wake my brain up, personally. But YMMV.

6. yeah I was given a sheet about that

from the Dispensary. They talked about High Cbd, Sativas, and Indica. There is also a hybrid of the three. I am looking forward to buying more tins of the good stuff!
