Reminds me of how much we had and how much we've now lost. They were a wonderful family and were loved by so many people. Their smiles were so real and sincere. I am an old lady who is afraid we'll never see the likes of them again in the White House.

You could never find two more opposite families occupying the People's House.

I hope they know how much we loved them, admired them, appreciated them for what they did for America and our image around the world. I also hope that some day the rest of the world will forgive us for this awful person(s) that took their place.

The children who were old enough to remember touching and being touched by the President and First Lady will carry those memories for the rest of their lives. It's hard to think of a greater gift these two people could have bestowed on those young citizens.
