Ivanka constantly in meetings with world leaders, has an office in the west wing, and going to Germany for a summit.

If the Clinton's or the Obama's had done this peoples' heads would be exploding

I'm so old I remember back in the 90's when Bill Clinton had Hillary lead his administration's health care reform efforts and the Reich-wing erupted into an endless white-hot broadside of rage, hate and invective.
