Rec. this post if you congratulate John Roberts for his vote

Recommend this post if you do not believe that John Roberts's vote to uphold Obamacare (a deviation from his conservative views) was part of an intricate plan to maybe make Obama lose the elections, and if you think that sometimes even a conservative will disagree with other conservatives.

I don't like John Roberts generally speaking for being a conservative, but I congratulate him for this very important vote that made Barack Obama and Paul Krugman happy.

be Constitutional if it can be so found. I read the opinion and it is based on that. He did follow that principle. The courts do have respect for Congress and give it deference, more than people think (they just accuse it of legislating if they don't like the result).

persons that ACA was supposed to help through the Medicaid extension penalty.

Once again, the little guy can be penalized but not the big guys (in this case states).
