Why aren't we hammering on Mitten's campaign mgr's gaffe this morning?

Well, besides because we're Democrats. But seriously, this would be HEADLINE NEWZ on every GOP blog and tv station if something like this came from the Dem side. But we're served up a gem on a silver platter, and we largely ignore it.

In case you don't know, Eric Bergstrom, Mitt's Senior Campaign Advisor, said on national live television that Mittens AGREES WITH OBAMA that it's NOT a tax, it's a penalty! Not a one-time slip...he was pressed on it over and over, and stood by his words...Mitt agrees with Obama about the mandate.

Why are we not all over this? Are we TRYING to let this asshole win?

Obviously I missed it. Still...there would twelve duplicate threads if it was about Mitt's dog.

I listened to the whole thing and couldn't figure out what he was saying. Neither could Chuck Todd.

maybe the Democrats are, but the MSM decides that people only care about the repuke view point not the Democratic one

Their coverage sure is skewed that direction, and has been so for quite some time

When republicans Controlled congress and the executive branch, you hardly heard the Democratic rebuttal. It might have been assumed was because they were not the majority.

When that changed, the media thought it more important to have the repugs explain Democratic policy then ask the Democrats themselves in the vast majority of cases

Essentially there is no journalism in this country anymore

People should get the education they can afford.

The gift that keeps giving. Romney comes out with so many gaffes you just can't seize on all of them. What an incredible gift to Jon Stewart and Bill Maher. They are going to have to double the length of their shows.

They have mentioned in each show so far. They have asked Repubs on the show - who squirm and say it's Obama who is off message blah blah blah.

We'll see if it goes anywhere.

I like the Romney invested in aborted fetus disposal company better. "Romney profited from abortions".
