Republicans are FREAKING out over Romney advisors comment "It's NOT a tax, it's a PENALTY"

Freeper sites are in a tizzy, right wing commentators are desperately attempting to change the topic. Stay tuned, this mornings admission sure has the GOP shitting bricks!

I hope they keep it up. If BOTH the Democratic Presidential candidate and Republican candidate say it's not a tax, the Democratic one will likely win this year. It's not as sure a thing as some other moves, but it's up there.

Chuck Todd stuck him with his own comment, it was certainly not spin. That said the Stericycle piece is just coming up in the media and I for one hope that we as a party, leave that story alone.

Let the right wingers deal with it. Its my understanding that freeperville is on to the story already. Its their candidate, let them deal with it. We have better conversations to be had.

7. i saw this on CNN and they don't know what to do because saying it's a Tax means it's Constitutional

which they were saying it wasn't. but they don't like saying penalty over tax because taxes sound worse to them than penalty.

Tempest in a teapot. Our rulers have set up a neat little false dichotomy here, complete with running the one candidate guaranteed to keep the mandate in place for the benefit of the individual-responsibility crowd (aka Gingrich) and the Insurance lobby.
