Snort! So Romney can't call the Mandate a Tax

According to the TV machine, the Romney campaign started to whine about Obamacare as a tax increase, but then reversed themselves because Romney has said so often that he didn't raise taxes as Governor of Massachusetts that he's kind of stuck with it.

Bwahaahaaaa.
