Latest talk on Facebook

New meme all over my page about how the president will be in France on the Fourth of July. Anyone else get this one?

He won't be. He'll be at Camp David, in case anyone wants to dispute it. It's also his oldest daughter's birthday, in case you need just a bit extra to throw at someone.

The statue holds a tablet upon which is inscribed the date of the American Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

There certainly is a connection between France and American Independence. So I would have no problem with a visit to France, I mean if that was the case, which it isn't.
