Donald Trump Would ‘Love’ Sarah Palin In His Cabinet: ‘She’s a Special Person’
Source: Mediaite.com
Donald Trump would love to have Sarah Palin as part of his White House administration.
The Republican presidential candidate and celebrity plutocrat appeared Monday on The Palin Update, an actual all-Sarah Palin radio show that exists on something called the Mama Grizzly Radio Network (we kid you not).
Host Kevin Scholla asked the controversial presidential candidate whether he could see himself picking up the phone, giving the governor [Palin] a call and picking her brain on some things, or perhaps having her along in some official capacity.
Trumps response: Id love that. Because she really is somebody who knows whats happening and shes a special person, shes really a special person and I think people know that.
He later claimed Everybody loves her, and added that despite her half-term as governor (due to early resignation), voters like the Sarah Palin kind of strength, you just dont see very much of it anymore. Listen below, as clipped by RightWingWatch:

But Trump doesn't want to be president, this is all about publicity and keeping his name in the headlines. So it kinda makes sense when you look at it that way. I'm waiting for Palin to weigh in. Let's see how she can leverage this to boost her flagging brand (in 140 characters or less of course).

(3,426 posts)Chris here,
Never underestimate who is The Donald.
Whatever worth he sees in Palin he will use it for a maximum gain and exploit it and her. And as far as the dysfunctional Palin family,he can use that too as a perfect reference to the dysfunctionality of the GOP. In effect he is thumbing his nose at the party king pins.
And do not forget to appreciate in a threaded way of course- that Palin is a McCain creation that some GOP'ers believe was payback for McCain having been shunned by the party elite back in 1999.
Trumps followers no doubt are having a good laugh over how long she would last in a appointment position before Trump put those words down upon her he so boldly made famous- You're Fired. Oh but wouldn't she resign before it came to that ? See the fun in for them ? No but of course not that wouldn't be par the course in Trumps show. No way to wiggle or worm out it ,you're fired ,that's the way it has to go down !
When the news flash's are all about the ongoing show is there something out of mention such as a long standing do nothing congress ?
Because if it isn't really a joke, that is the problem.
Now I know this is democratic underground, you will notice my tie !

With Donald Trump dominating both the polls and media coverage more than 15 months ahead of the 2016 election, the rest of the GOP field has been struggling to decide how they should respond. Lower polling candidates like George Pataki and Rick Perry attempted to stake out early positions as anti-Trump figures, while Ted Cruz more or less decided to ride his coattails.
Now, during a radio interview with Mike Gallagher, Chris Christie debuted his approach: Pretend Donald Trump doesnt exist. When Gallagher jokingly asked how much Christie would love it if the media stopped asking him about Trump, the New Jersey governor replied, I dont answer it anymore. Thats my position.
I dont comment on his comments, Christie added. Its just not worth the time. Asked to elaborate anyway, Christie simply defended his own blunt and direct approach to politics, saying, I think at the end of the day, my record and my ability will be judged up or down on their own, not necessarily in comparison to anybody elses.
So if Trump starts going after Christie directly, will he really have the will power to say nothing in response?
http://www.mediaite.com/online/chris-christie-will-no-longer-comment-publicly-on-donald-trump/
Wash. state Desk Jet
(3,426 posts)Yes I can speak to that. You will notice I said at the end of the day my record and my ability will be judged.
You know at the end of the trial lawyers shake hands win, lose or draw. Everything said in the court room is water over the dam
between lawyers, it's not really a heated hate fest and in many cases if not most it's not about ethics or right or wrong ,it's all about winning. And of course excepting the loss.See ya next time Harvey .
The dilemma here is Trump is not a lawyer and he has a very different point of view toward his adversaries. Shaking hands with him at the end of day if things don't go his way could be the same as shaking hands with some red hot coals. Nobody wants their hot little hands getting burnt that way , not by Trump !
Dealing with the Donald especially when on the attack requires a highly mechanized delicately executed master plan of attack. I'll wait to see what happens to some of others that push and shove back at Trump , he'll no doubt obliterate them. That can lead to the opening I need to strengthen my positioning -move up so the saying goes. We are closer to Trump's game here in Jersey folks, we know the game the others nearly read about or hear about. We're in it and we are players.
If you think those clowns I fired for jamming me up are then only screw balls I fired ,yer wrong. Chris Christie here, I'll drop the ax at the drop of a hat.
Patience is my allie. When the time is right,I'll strike. That or strike a deal ! tit for tat folks !
