Iowa margin between Clinton, Sanders shifts as errors found
Source: DesMoines Register
Party Chairwoman Andy McGuire the day after Monday's caucuses said no review would be conducted, and that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clintons narrow victory over Bernie Sanders is final.
But as errors are being discovered, the final tally is being changed, party officials confirmed to The Des Moines Register Friday morning.
"Both the Sanders and Clinton campaigns have flagged a very small number of concerns for us, and we are looking at them all on a case-by-case basis," Iowa Democratic Party spokesman Sam Lau told the Register.

They cite one error being corrected in the article, in Grinnell precinct. Original tally had been Clinton 8; Sanders 18. Corrected tally is Clinton 7; Sanders 19.
It was due to a math error, which was something I wondered about in the video where caucus goers who were not present were counted. They were doing the math manually there; not even an effing calculator!

(10,622 posts)Then Hilary won by cheating...errr I mean poor math skills on the part of her buds back at the offices where these things are flipped.
No wonder Ms HRC 2016 vanity license plate put such a lid on transparency, there are things that if revealed might change the winner of a primary. If the errors recovered revealed Hill won more delegates you know damn well we'd have transparency up the ass.

(46,585 posts)This does not surprise me in the least. Like Bernie said, the end result will be a couple of delegates either way, but it's like Hillary stole the bragging rights even if it is corrected later. The video of one of Hillary's caucus leaders lying about the count is proof positive shenanigans (h/t Hillary) were afoot.

(6,960 posts)As the Des Moines Register said ... something "smells" in Iowa.
I wonder if it is demonstrated that Bernie won by a couple tenths of a percent if the Hillarians will talk about a win being a win ... or will they then want to settle for a tie?

(41,600 posts)HRH's campaign is corrupt to the core. She knew she couldn't win there...internal polls told them that, so lie, cheat and steal to get there. And, of course, have your lackey in the Iowa Democratic leadership in place to ensure the thievery is never discovered.

(14,881 posts)time will tell how much the delegate count changes. the change above equaled less than 1/10, making less than a 2/10's difference. but maybe larger "irregularities" will turn up...
