Obama on FBI: We don't operate on innuendo

Source: CNN

President Barack Obama made his first public comments about the FBI decision to disclose its new review into emails that could be relevant Hillary Clinton's use of a private server while she was secretary of state.

Speaking to NowThisNews in an interview released Wednesday, Obama said he didn't want to meddle in the process. But he said it was important to follow a practice of not allowing intimations or suggestions to pervade the public's view of the case.

"I do think that there is a norm that when there are investigations we don't operate on innuendo and we don't operate on incomplete information and we don't operate on leaks," Obama said in the interview, which was taped Tuesday. "We operate based on concrete decisions that are made. When this was investigated thoroughly last time the conclusion of the FBI, the conclusion of the Justice Department, the conclusion of repeated congressional investigations was she had made some mistakes but that there wasn't anything there that was procecutable."

Is Comey going to get his ass kicked to the curb as a parting "lame duck" present to HRC?
He can take the heat for it so she doesn't have to. After all, he was the one who appointed him. (dumb..dumb..dumb)

He's not an equal opportunity offender at all, he's totally slanted and rw with his bs announcements. He's also trying to cover up Drumpf Russia ties, telling everyone there's nothing there when 17 other intelligence agencies, including the CIA say Russia is definitely trying to hack our election. So Comey is willing to subvert our democracy for Repug and Russia's sake, but must be transparent and upfront over pure speculation regarding Clinton. I can't wait until he's fired in ignomy. He's been my "Worst Person in the World" ever since Friday.

President Obama needs to do more about Comey than merely say:
"We don't operate on innuendo."

He needs to consult with White House Counsel, his Attorney General, and others regarding the possibility that Comey violated the Hatch Act.

Obama and his administration doesn't want to do anything that might
be construed as trying to silence Mr. Comey before the election, that
would make the right wing nut jobs and MSM scream.

But they do want to make Mr. Comey feel the heat so that he will
think twice before leaking anything more that would compound his
alleged Hatch Act violations.

Of course if he felt there's nothing left to lose, more speculative
information might be forthcoming.
