Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton (D) said on Tuesday that on the first day of open enrollment for Obamacare, the call center for the state exchange was targeted by robocalls aimed at jamming the lines.

"Somebody’s trying to jam the call center, and making robocalls to try to snafu the thing — which is deplorable,” Dayton told the Star Tribune. “They’ve identified that culprit, and are acting … to exclude them from the system.”

Scott Peterson, the chief business technology officer with the state's IT services, told the Twin Cities Pioneer Press said that the call center on Tuesday morning received thousands of calls from the same number, which he said was "consistent with a robocall" operation.

The number of calls received on Tuesday appears to have broken records set in past years, and residents complained about long wait times with the call center, according to the Star Tribune.

The cops won't do anything about these criminals. It's impossible to sleep through the night with the constant spammers calling constantly calling. They hate us and call us constantly. I don't owe the IRS money stop calling me constantly with IRS claims that I owe money. It makes me want to die. I need sleep.

....if you have cell, you can tell family and friends to call only that. It's what I do. The landline is on the answering machine. The cell is the phone for those I know to call.

9. That's who they are

It's what they do. All that hate has to come out somehow. They're taught everyday by The Fox News that they're getting the a raw deal and told who's responsible. I don't wish ill on anyone but I would be ecstatic if that entertainment channel would suffer so badly after this election that they have to make a change. Maybe competition from a trump channel would help. For too many years they've been dumbing down the country and encouraging dumbness.
