And it is not his to sell since he is leasing it from the GSA not buying it. Who is going to want to sub-lease the property if the GSA says "not without clearing the liens first"? (And that is assuming that he is even allowed to sub-lease. Does his lease with the GSA allow sub-leases?)

It will be interesting just how far Trump can go before the Federal Government says "enough".

even a forced sale.
A sub lease would still potentially allow him to profit so that would also be in violation.

Notice how he'll pay people but then doesn't want to pay the full contract. Basically tell's em if they don't like getting screwed then go hire a lawyer for $250 per hour.

Guess I'm lucky 'cause I always got paid.

Never even complained about my bills, which were not exactly cheap either. In person he was always friendly when I was around and he sure loved playing golf, even on his little short course at Mar-a-Lago.

I had no idea at the time what an asshole he actually was.

Like I said, guess I was lucky.

Those poor contractors, their workers and their families - and right at X-mas bonus time too after busting their ass to pull this off.

As long as I can get out of paying the people who provided the land, the building materials, the wiring, the plumbing, and I can get away with paying the architects with a $15 McDonald's gift certificate (to be shared among them equally).
