McConnell Says Trump Should Stay on Message: 'What He's Saying Makes Everything Harder'

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell gave an interview to The Weekly Standard in which he offers some constructive criticism for President Trump.
While hes encouraged by the presidents agenda, he believes what hes saying makes everything harder:
Trump also creates a theater aspect when he speaks out on personal and non-substantive matters, McConnell said. This produces distractions on a daily basis.
He told The Weekly Standards Fred Barnes that Trump can tweet if he wants, but he shouldnt be responding to every single bit of criticism that takes everyone off-course.
