Report: Milo Yiannopoulos tapped to keynote CPAC

Source: Politico

Controversial author and Breitbart News editor Milo Yiannopoulos will be the keynote speaker at this year's Conservative Political Action Conference.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, which first reported the news, Yiannopoulos will focus his address on his "experiences in America battling feminists, Black Lives Matter, the media, professors and the entertainment industry."

The provocative right-wing writer has been in the news spotlight recently after many stops in his college tour were met with protests.

CPAC chairman Matt Schlapp told the Hollywood Reporter that the protests are one reason why they chose Yiannopoulos as the keynote speaker.

....creep expose who he really is....a self -loathing Narcisstic who is fascist and racist and yes, gay, who then simultaneously in order to draw attention to himself (because he shares some traits with Trump) reveals that he fucks black men and Muslim men, but hangs with far-right fascists and hates gays and women.

The reality is he is a self-loathing pathetic low life that if people just stopped paying attention to him and made him irrelevant he would fade away into the nothing's that he is. And the irony is that he is seeking appreciation and shelter from the very people who would lynch him or beat him up for being gay or fucking blacks and Muslims.....how sad....he thinks they love him...

Milo's being on Real Time is quite the "feather-in-his-cap" that can really HELP his career of spewing hate and intolerance and bigotry and ENCOURAGING and MOTIVATING others to do the same.

Thanks a fucking lot Bill Maher! You've just RAISED his stature! You've LEGITIMIZED him!

We'll only see more of that little SHIT now that you've helped him by giving him a NATIONAL PLATFORM!

I knew this would happen. Milo now has yet another line-item to add to his CV and his IMDB page thanks to Bill Maher.

And did I hear Bill correctly? Did he say that it "sounds reasonable" that transgendered women shouldn't be permitted to use the ladies' room because they're "confused" or that they put other women and girls at risk? (I'll have to see if I can find the transcript, I'm not inclined to go searching the entire youtube video to double check and get an exact quote.)

That's hardly what I'd expect to hear from someone who's "rather brilliant" as you suggest.

... the show's future may not be all that rosy. Thus, the sprucing-up and overhaul.

I have to admit, it's become a bit formulaic and predictable. His jokes are pedestrian, his contempt for the audience when HE bombs a joke (as if they're too stupid to get-it or appreciate his "genius&quot

But, the fact that he needs to go all Jerry Springer and Rikki Lake and Sally Jesse ... devolving into the banal ... well, it's probably time to call it a day and put that old horse out to pasture.

Some of the best shows in the world new when it was time to quit, and they did it while they were still "on top" -- as it were. MASH, Cheers, Mary Tyler Moore, Friends ... none of them waited until they were a ratings embarrassment.

This was definitely Maher's "Cousin Oliver" moment or his "Fonzie Jumps the Shark Tank" moment.

Maher actually said Milo's transgender bathroom exclusion demands were "not unreasonable." And Maher let him get away with the false claim that transgender people commit higher rates of sex crimes than the general population. Thank goodness Larry Wilmore and Malcolm Nance were there to call Milo on his shit.

Then Maher blathered on about how Milo was "just at the beginning" of his "career," suggesting Milo was going to be a big star. Maher really did everything he could to legitimize that fuckwit Nazi. I was so disgusted.

Here's a good refutation of Milo and Maher's bullshit from last night: http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_58a84dcae4b07602ad551487?

he really throws it in people's faces every chance he gets.

Like he said in the Bill Maher show, how can the right be so bigoted if their spokesman is a gay Jewish immigrant who tells everyone about his black boyfriend?

Liberals constantly ask him about the right's discrimination against gay people and he seems to be all for it. He probably hates himself too and has joked that he may be mentally ill. Oh yes, some people are willing to throw their own people under the bus for their own personal gain. I've also encountered a few gay friends and classmates who couldn't care less about gay rights.

Jonathan Krohn started out in life as a die-hard conservative. He keynoted CPAC one year, following the grand CPAC tradition of picking the right-winger most likely to piss off liberals and sticking that person on the national stage.

Jonathan has become a liberal, and now he's pretty outspoken as to how full of shit those people are.

What could be really entertaining: a special live edition of any one of those three interviewing Jonathan Krohn...played exactly at the same time the CPAC people are drooling over Milo.

There is nothing "reasonable" about the so-called bathroom laws that keep transgender people out of their gender bathrooms. Yet that is what Maher said.

Maher is normally spot on and hilarious. He was neither with Milo on the panel. Pointing that out is not "demanding purity." It is simply a critique of one performance. Hopefully next time he'll do better.
