Pending a full appeal, clerks should issue licenses according to Burgess's District Court decision. The appeal process would have to go to the 9th Circuit first, though Alaska has never claimed a Federal issue yet in this process so this is pretty much a dead letter.

AK Bureau of Statistics has indicated they will be prepared to accept same-sex marriage licenses on Monday.
