Trump must banish Bannon or his presidency is doomed

There was some cosmic justice. After stringing along a slew of nominees for secretary of state, ultimately humiliating Mitt Romney, President Trump got a dose of his own medicine. The Post reports:

Retired Vice Adm. Robert Harward has turned down President Trump’s offer to become his new national security adviser, according to two people with knowledge of the decision.

Harward would have replaced Michael Flynn, who announced his resignation late Monday amid allegations that he discussed U.S. sanctions with a Russian official before Trump took office and then misrepresented the content of that conversation to Vice President Pence and other administration officials.

One factor in Harward’s decision was that he couldn’t get a guarantee that he could select his own staff, according to a person close to Trump with knowledge of the discussions.

No, it’s not normal for a high-level pick to turn down the president — publicly.

1. He has his hand in not one, but two, lion's mouths.

The first lion is Bannon--who is "the one whut brung him." Bannon brought aboard all the mouth breathing, dumbshit, let's-get-drunk-instead-of-voting idiots in the "heartland" as well as the "fuck it, they don't speak for me" Klansmen and Nazis--along with their energy and GOTV. He also brought aboard all the smug, seemingly acceptable BREITBART reading Republicans whose crisp white shirts and fancy ties conceal a bigoted heart.

The second lion is Putin--he NEEDS Bannon to keep the sheep in line. The second lion has video of Trump getting peed on, and worse. The WEEWEE video is the one we all laugh about, but it's not the only one. And apparently Mr. tRump is rather intemperate (and racist, and anti-Semitic, and culturally insensitive, etc.) when he thinks he's talking off the record.

Now, those hands may be tiny, but how will he tweet and wipe his ass if those lions bite them off?
