At least there are some "adults" in charge--namely Jerry Brown--with an electorate that supports his policies. And an electorate that has a better level of education than states that elect the Cruzes of the world.

This idiot in the video is probably part of the .0010% that missed college, or was residing on the moon or some other planet while the rest of civilation was paying attention.
