Ring of Fire: Can Banks Be Held Liable for Ponzi Schemes?

You can’t even say Ponzi scheme without an image of Bernie Madoff coming to mind, but Madoff didn’t act alone in his scam, and soon there could be a new round of litigation against the bankers who helped pull off these financial scams.
