Ring of Fire: Can Banks Be Held Liable for Ponzi Schemes?

This segment originally aired on the November 10th, 2013 episode of Ring of Fire on Free Speech TV. Ponzi schemes are complicated financial scams that take a lot of moving parts to pull off. You can’t even say Ponzi scheme without an image of Bernie Madoff coming to mind, but Madoff didn’t act alone in his scam, and soon there could be a new round of litigation against the bankers who helped pull off these financial scams. Ring of Fire guest host Farron Cousins discusses this with attorney Nancy Fineman.
